About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or buy from it. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Products
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and finish. Because jewellery is photographed under studio lighting, colours may appear slightly different on your screen. Handmade and natural-stone pieces vary a little from item to item; this is a characteristic of the product, not a fault.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay.
We take payment when you place your order. If we discover a genuine pricing error before dispatch we will contact you and you may either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund — we will not simply charge you the higher amount.
Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays and customs.
Orders outside the United Kingdom: import duties and taxes are not included in the price you pay us. They are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged on delivery by the carrier or customs authority.
Cancellation and returns
If you are a consumer in the UK you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to return the goods. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of your proof of return.
Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.
The right to cancel does not apply to items made or personalised to your specification (for example engraving or custom sizing), or to pierced earrings where they have been unsealed, for hygiene reasons.
If something arrives faulty or not as described, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply in addition to the above. Contact us and we will put it right.

Accounts
If you create an account, keep your password confidential and tell us if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or use automated systems to scrape it or place bulk orders.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — including product photography, descriptions and designs — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
