Size & Care Guide
Every product page lists the exact material and measurements for that piece. This page covers the general rules — how our sizes run, and how to keep things looking new.
Headbands
Our headbands are made to fit most adult head sizes, and the fabric has enough give to sit comfortably without gripping.
Padded — sits higher and wider, holds its shape, and covers more of the crown. Good if you want the headband to be part of the outfit.
Non-padded — sits flatter and closer to the head, lighter to wear. Good for everyday and for finer hair.
Knotted and braided — the knot or braid sits at the top; width is listed on the product page.
Kids’ styles are labelled as such in the product title.
Scarves and shawls
Dimensions are on every scarf page. As a rough guide:
Small square (50–60 cm) — neck scarf, bandana, or tied to a handbag.
Large square (80–115 cm) — shoulders, head, or folded into a neck scarf.
Rectangle scarves and shawls — length and width are both listed; the longer ones work as a wrap.
Bracelets and rings
Bracelet lengths are given in centimetres and inches. Measure your wrist with a tape measure and add about 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit — more if you like it loose.
Many of our rings are adjustable; where a ring comes in fixed sizes, the available sizes are listed on its page. If you are between sizes, email us before ordering and we will help.
Caring for fabric
Hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring.
Dry flat, away from direct sun and radiators.
Iron on low, on the reverse side. For silk and satin, use a cloth between the iron and the fabric.
Do not tumble dry or bleach.
Caring for silver
Silver tarnishes with air and moisture. Store pieces dry, in a pouch or box, rather than loose in a dish.
Polish with a soft silver cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on woven kazaziye pieces — a gentle cloth is enough.
Take jewellery off before swimming, showering, or exercising.
Put perfume, hairspray and hand cream on first, and let them dry before putting jewellery on.
