How much is delivery?
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. International rates depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days with Royal Mail or Evri. The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout, and you get a confirmation email when your parcel leaves us.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. Destinations and costs appear at checkout. For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes — you have 30 days from delivery. Email info@moyonidesign.com with your order number and we will tell you where to send it. Items should come back unused and in their original condition.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Email us within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage in those cases.
Will a headband fit me?
Our headbands are made to fit most adult head sizes. Padded styles sit higher and wider, non-padded ones sit flatter — the style is stated on each product page.
How do I find my ring or bracelet size?
Each product page lists the sizes available, with bracelet lengths in both centimetres and inches. If you are between sizes, email us and we will help.
What size is a scarf?
Dimensions are listed on every scarf page — for example 80×80 cm for a square scarf, or the length and width for a rectangular one.
What are the pieces made of?
Material is stated on each product page: cotton, silk, satin, viscose or wool for scarves and headbands; 925 or 999 sterling silver for jewellery.
How should I care for them?
Scarves and fabric headbands: hand wash gently in cold water and dry flat. Silver: keep it dry, store it in a pouch or box, and polish with a soft cloth. Take jewellery off before swimming or applying perfume and hand cream.
