Delivery & Returns
Delivery
Every order is dispatched from the UK with Royal Mail or Evri.
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will get a confirmation email when your parcel leaves us.
International delivery is available. The cost and estimated delivery time for your destination are shown at checkout, before you pay.
For orders shipped outside the UK, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Items should come back unused and in their original condition, with any packaging or tags still attached.
Email info@moyonidesign.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will tell you where to post it.
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, your refund goes back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
For an exchange — a different size or colour — tell us in the same email and we will arrange it.
Damaged or wrong items
If a piece arrives damaged, or you receive something you did not order, email us within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return postage in those cases.
